Raise Your Vibration & Shift Your Space

Raise Your Vibration: One of the fastest ways to raise your vibration is with breathing. Fresh air carries a lot of light. And by taking in more light you raise your vibration. This technique can be done virtually anywhere at any time and will totally shift you and those who appear in the space around you.

Take a deep breath in and hold it as long as you can. While holding your breath visualize yourself locating and gathering all the “yucky” stuff you can find in your body. Literally pull it into your lung area like a vacume. Keep searching, finding and pulling this "yucky/density/darkness/stagnation...etc" into your lungs for as long as you can hold your breath. When you hit your peak, exhale and release. (Note: I like to ask Arch Angel Michael to to transmute everything I release in to the Light and to take it to where it's needed on planet most.) During your exhale, thank, bless and release all that yucky stuff that no ;longer serves your Highest Good.! Do this at least 3 times (more if needed) and watch your energy and mood shift to a higher vibration. And notice who and what is in your space and no longer in your space.

A lower vibration is unable to be inthe same space as a higher vibration. The lower vibration will either have to raise it's vibration to be around a higher vibration or it will have to relocate. This does not make anything good or bad or right or wrong, just different. Different vibrations, be and create different. What are your ready to create?
