About Renee' Alexander and Synergy Custom Healing
I have been guided by Spirit to go global to help heal humanity and help shift the consciousness of the planet. Not knowing exactly what this looks like, I've stepped into action and am trusting the process as I go!
At a young age I played hard as an athlete and embraced injury and rehabilitation. This led me to college to get a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and Exercise Science. Not happy with Western Medicine’s focus to heal the pain versus the problem I was drawn to massage school and learned over 20 modalities. While building a thriving practice as an advanced massage therapist focusing on Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes Approach) and Energy Work, I began to realize that there was more to healing than all the conventional studies learned in school. My intuition began to guide me to do things differently than educationally guided.
I hadn't discovered everything my soul knew existed within the world of healing, so I took a journey into the corporate world and even branched into the world of small business ownership expanding other talents. I created an amazing life, yet knew I was meant to do more and have a bigger impact on the world. Trusting my inner guidance system, I began to meditate an hour a day. Shortly thereafter I had a conversation with Spirit.
I was in incredible gratitude for the life I had created and Spirit congratulated me for being a master manifestor. Spirit then asked if I if she was open to a life more amazing than I could fathom. Welcoming this challenge from Spirit, I surrendered and trusted all guidance to Spirit.
Soon thereafter, Spirit guided me to give away 90% of my belongings and get ready to relocate. I left San Francisco in 2011 and was guided to travel to 3 countries, 3 islands and over 30 cities in the US. The beginning of the journey was an intense inner and spiritual journey clearing away deep layers of limiting beliefs, trauma and untruths. After five months Spirit guided my to share my healing again through private appointments, workshops, masterminds, and lectures.
Since then I have been guided to study with a Spiritual Master and also learn Theta Healing, Inner Child Work, Belief Systems, and communication with the consciousness of the Human Body and its parts. This journey of removing belief systems that no longer serve and replacing them with ones that serve people's highest and best good.
