If you are looking for tips and support on how you can move the toxic energy around you, clear yourself, and open yourself up for momentum, look no further! Here are 10 action steps you can take to clear your energy today! Try one technique or take action on them all and watch the energy around you shift and support you for greater success!
1. Fresh Air
Open a window or several. The air inside can get stagnant and can support the experience of stagnation. By opening a window and allowing fresh air in it creates a refreshing space increasing flow and momentum.
2. Clear, Organize, & Cleanse Your Surroundings
Dust, clutter, and disarray can all slow down momentum and flow. Break down the clear/organize/clean project into smaller steps. Clear First, release from your space all that does not bring you joy and is no longer helpful for the life you are creating. I like to have clothing and “stuff” swaps with friends once a quarter and all unwanted items go to charity. Organize Second, set up your space so its most functional and aesthetically pleasing to your eye. The simple act of rearranging stuff so its most optimal can increase flow and success. Clean Third, the energy of dust and dirt can weigh us down. By giving your space a good clean, the energy will be fresh and expansive. Remember to clean door knobs, window sills, light fixtures and ceiling fans too. These areas are often overlooked and need attention too.
3. Movement For Momentum
Start a project, exercise, read, wash the dishes, do a load of laundry… It’s amazing how just moving and completing a small task can help create momentum and success for bigger tasks and success.
Showering is like stepping under a small waterfall and rinsing our bodies clean of old stagnant and unwanted energy. Epsom salt soaks have been proven to clear, reset, and help purify our energies, too. I like to soak in a warm bath from 20 min with 2 cups of Epsom salts to clear my energy and help reset myself for success and optimal performance. I take this bath at least once a week, if not more and it really helps.
5. Put On Fun Clothes
Spice up your creativity, mood, and success with fun clothing and become your own work of art. If you work in a conservative environment, pick one article of clothing to pop and give yourself a sense of pizazz and uplift your energy. The energy of fun is invigorating and refreshing and can enhance your energy, creativity and success.
6. Light A Candle
It’s amazing the soothingness a lit candle creates. I find it increases my focus and calms my anxiety.
7. Fill Your Space With An Invigorating Scent
I like to carry with me a small spray bottle filled with spring water and a few drops of peppermint oil. When ever I am feeling stagnant or want a “pick me up” I spray a few pumps of this invigorating mist in front of me and walk into it. Room diffusers, scented candles, fresh flowers and herbs, and drops of essential oil in a bowl of water all help dispurs scents to move energy, uplift your mood, and shift your space.

8. Empowering Music
Music can motivate us and move us into action of empowerment. Some of my favorite motivational songs through the generations are:

9. Free Write
Free Writing is a great tool that can help us “brain dump” as well as support focus. It is devoid of grammar and punctuation so Free Writing truly allows flow without perfection. Simply get out a notepad and write about whatever is on your mind for 5, 10 or 30 min. Afterwards I always feel free, like a weight has been lifted off me. Often, I am left inspired too! Sometimes I have a great “to do” list started. Others times I have written an exhilarating story of the day before. The great thing about Free Writing is there is no agenda… just write.
Meditation is a guiding tool to support focus, expand awareness, ease stress and boost mood. There are a variety of ways to meditate from sitting in a quiet space and clearing the mind, to following a guided meditation on YouTube. When I meditate, I like hold space that only that which serves my highest and best good will come through. You can give yourself as little as 10 minutes or up to an hour or more to meditate. I always feel more calm and centered after a good meditation. Total bonus: My favorite time to Free Write is following a meditation. The “golden nugget” ideas just flow!
It is amazing how simple each of these actions are and yet their implementation can create incredible results! Are you ready to increase the potential energy around you and in your space today? If you said yes, which actions are you drawn to do first?

Many people are looking for answers and guidance in their lives. And often do not realize that so much wisdom and perspective can be found within their own Divine Support System through the connection with their Higher Self.
So many times in my life I turned to my friends, family and mentors... and they did their best to support me. And I am grateful. Much insight and support was found. Yet, the insight I received from my higher self has been almost like having someone in a balloon flying above me seeing the full picture at all times. Sharing with me a perspective that others may not know.
Imagine you are about to go on a hike and you are at the beginning of a trailhead and there are three trail options available:
Say you really wanted to go on the moderate 7 mile hike with the waterfall. But you decided to check in with your higher self to see if there was something else that serves your highest and best good that you might not be aware of.
As you check in with your higher self, you discover that path #2 has snakes and some down trees ahead. And you are super scared of snakes, so that option is out!
Thank goodness for this insight!
With that gift of awareness you decide to hike to the ocean because your knees are not ready for and uphill hike
This is just one example of how connecting with your Higher Self can be supportive. Here are some questions that I feel may assist you in your journey to connect with your higher self and why.
Question 1: How can you best support me today?
By asking this question you are setting the table for general feedback.
Question 2: What is for my Highest and best good to do today?
Asking this question always proves to be valuable and often expands my awareness to focus on the direction that my Higher Self is guiding me towards.
Question 3: What am I here to learn?
This question packs a lot of punch and can help expand your awareness towards your souls lessons and goals in this lifetime.
Question 4: Will you support me in moving through my life lessons with grace and ease?
This may seem life a crazy question to ask.. Yet, getting permission can be huge
Question 5: What can you teach me?
Your Higher Self has much more awareness than you do on a conscious level as it does not resides in a higher dimension. I invite you to allow it to be your best friend and to learn all you can. You Higher Self may be able to teach you how to solve problems, how to connect the dots, support you with new and innovative ideas, and so much more.
This insight has been so valuable to me and my hope is that it supports you too!

What we think about ourselves creates energetic space for others to feel the same. That energetic awareness that “what we believe, we attract.”
So if you think you are Awesome you will interact with more people who think you are Awesome too!
And if you think you are: (insert not nice word here). Then you will attract those who will support your belief.
If you like your results and beliefs, Awesome! Keep up the momentum!
If you do not like your results and beliefs, great notice! Now, what are you going to do to help yourself change and create a different reality?
To help you get started... here are a few questions I invite you to ask yourself, and see what answers come forward for you.
1) What results about myself do I not like?
2) Is there a belief that I have about myself that supports the results I do not like about myself?
3) If yes, what is the belief and where did it come from? Allow yourself to drift into your past... and see if you can recall when that belief about yourself first showed up in your life.
4) What supported the situation that led to the creation of that belief?
5) If you could tell yourself then, what you know now, what would you tell yourself?
6) Do you still want to believe that about yourself?
7) Or, is there a new way of looking at yourself that you are ready to adopt?
This exercise is a beautiful and honoring way to help you go within to dive deeper into your truth and to help you discover when limiting beliefs about yourself may have been created and how to begin to reframe and recreate a new reality for yourself.
I dare you…
to get quiet and feel your body. What do you notice? Feel anything? Are you numb? Is there a tingle somewhere? Are you in pain? Does something itch? Are you connected or disconnected with your body?
Our bodies are amazing vessels housing our brilliant consciousness. And it is up to us to co-create and work brilliantly with it or not at all. Pain can be a great teacher.
Imagine the possibilities of learning exactly why you are in pain and how to fix it...
What if you asked your body’s pain the following questions and got answers:
Client Story (Amanda):
This is a an experience I had with a client (name changed for privacy) where I talked to her and her pain to discover why it was here and what she can do to help feel better.
Renee: What is going on that you (clients shoulder) that you are in so much pain?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: She (Amanda) is not listening!
Renee: What do you want her to know?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: She is doing too much! Our body is tired and we are being pushed too far.
Renee: Is there anything she can do specifically that will help?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: Rest more
Renee: What does “rest more” look like?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: Two evenings a week where we stay home after work.
Renee: Is there anything specifically you desire Amanda to do when she stays home from work?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: Gentle stuff like cooking, meditation, watching movies, going for walks, yoga, reading, talking with friends. We are open as long as it is gentle and relaxing.
Renee: Amanda, What do you think of your pains’ request? Can you stay home after work two nights a week and do gentle and relaxing things like some of the stuff your pain mentioned?
Amanda: Yes, I can do that!
Amanda: If I do that will the pain go away?
Renee: Amanda’s Shoulder Pain, If Amanda follows your request, will the pain go away?
Amanda’s Shoulder Pain: Yes.
Renee: Thank you Amanda’s Shoulder Pain for connecting and communicating with us so we can work with you to help heal. We are excited for you to be out of pain and to get the rest you desire.
We are all intuitive. It’s a “sense” that sometimes takes practice to develop. Maybe you “feel”? Possibly you have an “inner knowing”? Do you “see pictures” in your mind’s eye?
When you talk to your pain the answers generally come through your “alternative senses”. Sometimes you have to be patient and persistent to gain the trust of your body and pain so it knows it can trust you and that you will actually take action when it tells you what hurts and what will help it feel better? Will you actually listen and take action?
As I shared in the beginning of this blog, I dare you to get quiet and feel your body. Then I dare you to talk to your body and any pain you might be experiencing and asking the questions I shared above.
You might just gain some of the most insightful answers you didn’t even know you had access to from the best source in the world...YOU!

It’s time for us to own our authentic selves and to stand in our power. By doing so our life will shift to release those who do not serve us and we will begin to attract people and experiences who serve our highest and best good.
One of the ways we given our power away was, we survived being in our “not ideal” environment by “running, hiding and avoiding”. Many people have done this without even consciously thinking. It is used as a tool of protection designed to keep you safe.
How incredible that at a very young age we developed skills to keep us safe!
Protecting Ourself Through Running
Meet my friend Galaxy (name changed for privacy).
Part or all of her story may be familiar to you or someone you know.
Galaxy had what looked like a normal life from the outside. She had a loving and active family, lots of friends and did well in school. Yet, what no one knew was that Galaxy was being woken up and sexually assaulted for hours every night of her life beginning at age 1.
Wanting to “run” away from her reality as soon as she could, Galaxy got very involved with school, local sports and extracurricular activities as early as elementary school… anything to keep her from being home. Everyone thought she was a really smart and driven little girl... And she was, with the purpose of “avoiding” her home reality. What they didn’t know was that she was “hiding” behind this persona because it kept her safe. And any time away from home meant she had a chance of not being abused.
Galaxy became so good at school and sports that she sometimes trained 5-8 hours a day and then as soon as she could work at age 15, she got a job so she could work as late as 10pm.
By living a life of busyness, Galaxy learned to juggle many activities at once. This in turn taught her how to optimize her time and create efficiency.
In many ways Galaxy’s learned many great skills in her journey away from home. And in another, her journey of “running” kept her from facing her fear and owning her power and standing in her truth.
In her 30’s Galaxy eventually grew very tired and got very sick. Choosing to life over death, she stopped “running, hiding and avoiding” her past. Thank goodness for the tools in which she discovered that kept her from her pain. Yet, what she resisted… persisted. She knew there had to be another way to thrive in life vs running from her problem. From that day she started her inner journey working with me releasing resistance and being free.
Hiding To Keep Safe
Now, meet my friend, Alicia (name also changed for privacy).
Alicia is a very sensitive soul who had a super power of sorts, yet… she did not know. She is very sensitive and and clairsentient. Meaning her sense of “feeling” is very strong. Alicia loved the feelings of joy. Yet, the feelings of grief, frustration, anger, loneliness, judgement, shame and others did not feel so good and were so intense they consumed and crippled her. And when she was around others, the experiences intensified… as she could feel the pain of all who were around her. Often making it hard to discern what was and was not hers.
Alicia “hid” behind alcohol. She saw her dad drink excessively throughout her life and was angry at him for always being drunk and never being present. But when she tried alcohol herself, she realized that it was a little easier to get through her day and the intensity of all her feelings were not as strong. Like her dad, she found a tool that helped her breath a little easier. Unconsciously, trying not to be like her dad, Alicia vowed to be a functioning alcoholic vs a dysfunctional one.
As Alicia got older she needed to drink more and more to get relief from all her feelings. Sometimes she put herself and others in danger by driving under the influence. It also took a lot of work to keep her “secret” from everyone for fear that people would look at her like she had looked at her father.
Eventually alcohol barely numbed the pain of the intense feelings, yet… every ounce helped so, Alicia drank all day long, everyday. The pain was still there and now an addiction filled with shame was there too.
Then the day came… she lost her best friend, her rock, her greatest supporter… her mom. Not knowing how to live, Alicia crawled into a ball and didn’t move for a month.
Alicia knew if she was going to make it, she needed help, she prayed and was guided to post a cry for help on Facebook for a grief counselor. I happened to see her post and that week we began working together as she dedicated herself to her new desired freedom.
Since our work together, her whole life shifted and realigned. She no longer drinks alcohol for survival, has learned to talk with her mom's soul for closure and for continued mom support, and has learned new tools that support her super powers of feeling. She now uses her gifts to help people and herself and lives happily married to her sweetheart doing a job she loves.
How do you keep yourself Safe? Are you ready to learn new tools?
These stories are here to show you, we are all human and what you see on the outside is not all you get. Many of us have been “running, hiding and avoiding” and are tired and do not know any other way. And because those tools have been working (not great, but better than nothing) people stay in that survival mode.
Yet, I am here to tell you there are new ways to move through this reality. To face your darkness and learn from it to become an even better person.

Many people run, avoid or hide their feelings. Often this is due to some paradigm of thinking that it is not safe to express our emotions for fear of being judged or not accepted.
You see, our feelings are an incredible gift. They are seen as one of our greatest “guidance systems” sometimes supporting and protecting us by informing us when we do not “feel” safe. And other times our feelings confirm we are in a great place and time.
For example: Anxiety is a feeling that can tell us that more information is needed to move forward.
A personal story: One of my clients had a great fear of public speaking. (Like who hasn’t had this fear?) It was really hurting her promotional opportunities at work and she often shied away from any chance to talk in meetings and share her wisdom. She would always say this was because English was not her first language. Yet, she is an incredibly bright woman and her holding back from speaking publicly was preventing anyone from really finding out about all of her incredible ideas. She was done with giving her power away to this fear, but didn’t know how to fix it.
When diving deeper in a personal session and talking with her feelings, we discovered that her anxiety of public speaking was attached to “not feeling safe to be seen or heard”. We then took this incredibly valuable information and developed action steps to help her “feel safe to be seen and heard”. Shortly thereafter, her career and public speaking took off and she is now one of the top sales women in her company!
Often people look outside themselves for answers; sometimes this is necessary. And other times, it can just make everything more confusing. I like to teach people how to go within for their answers by teaching them how to talk with their emotions. That’s right. I teach people to have full on conversations with their emotional selves.

When I tap into the energy of what is going on in California with all the fires as well as much of the tragedy on planet, I pick up a message that I am guided to share. My intention is for this message to be of support as we walk this path.
I see we have a long way to go as humanity to be in Unity Consciousness. All of these tragedies are surfacing to support humanity in coming together. There will be a balance of those experiencing tragedy and those not experiencing tragedy. The intention... (to pass this test and raise our collective consciousness) is for those experiencing tragedy to Receive, and for those not experiencing tragedy, to Give.
Many give from a place that is not alignment. And this is also an opportunity for change. Some give from a place of feeling like "there is not enough" and when they do this they are coming from fear and the Giving promotes more fear. Some give from a place of "self sacrifice". This is also low vibrational as there is always enough to have for all. The shift in Giving is we must learn to give from a place of abundance and make sure we have "enough" and share the same with others. I always think of the "airplane analogy"... in case of an emergency and the masks fall down, make sure to secure one on you and then assist your loved one. Because all lives are needed. If you are not around, who will help like you do!
I wish no one had to face tragedy and I pray for ease and flow in this shift. May all humans easily learn the energy of Giving and Receiving at the highest level quickly, with ease and receiving all the support they need.

Feeling like you are moving through sludge? OR, are you feeling a strong pull or urge to clean, purge, organize or tend to unfinished business? If so, you are not alone
There is a special energetic cleanse happening right now which creates space for us to do just that…clean, purge or tend to unfinished business. This happens literally to support us in moving and shifting through time and space. In fact, if we don’t tend to our unfinished business (unfulfilled promises, delinquent fines or library books, neglected contracts, etc), our lives could begin to feel like we are moving in slow motion, or through “sludge” as you will.
This happens because energetically, all we have not tended to can hold us back. Now, yes this is true always, yet it has even more validity when, what is known as, Mercury is in Retrograde; which is happening right now. Lucky us!
So, if you are feeling like your life is stuck or just not going with flow, shift the resistance, and literally “get moving.”
How this showed up for me… I sat down and made a list of all my unfinished business items…
*change my address on my drivers license (2 years over due). I made an appointment yesterday for next week when I’m back in Sacramento
*return a borrowed one of a kind DVD (5 years over due). I called the person today to verify their address and give them a verbal apology for being out of alignment, had two copies made and put them all in the mail today.
*return a borrowed book (1.5 years over due). I put a reminder in my phone to mail this book when I get back to Sacramento next week.
*Write this blog today sharing my experience and wisdom helping others make shifts in their lives too collectively shifting the energy on planet as a whole!
Yeah, moving energy!!! I can feel the shifting happening all over the place. I literally feel like I am moving faster through this matrix and what I want is appearing faster and easier.
What in your world is ready to move, shift and shake?? Whatever it is, I encourage and request you to take action as soon as you can. Then watch your world open up in miraculous ways. Enjoy!!
A lower vibration is unable to be inthe same space as a higher vibration. The lower vibration will either have to raise it's vibration to be around a higher vibration or it will have to relocate. This does not make anything good or bad or right or wrong, just different. Different vibrations, be and create different. What are your ready to create?
Many of us have a pretty firm grasp on the physical and most of us are curious and learning more about the spiritual. I am here to talk about the powerful blend of the Physical and Spiritual. Before I begin, I invite you to be open to new possibilities and what I like to say… what you may not know. This post is about connecting to dis-ease within your body and one way to create healing through communication and taking action.
To set yourself up with maximum safety, ask for Spiritual protection and guidance. Example: I ask those of the Light and Highest Light to please be present. If you are not of the Light, you must leave now or you will be transmuted into the light. I like to place a protective layer of white light around me and my fields too. Please include any personal methods of protection you prefer as well.
Tap into your natural intuitive gifts by connecting with your body and discover if you have any pain, tenderness, discomfort, emptiness, temperature spikes, or what I like to call dis-ease. Once you have identified the dis-ease, ask it to come forward. Example: I call upon the pain in my left knee to please be present. Then wait and see if you notice anything. The consciousness of the dis-ease may not come forward the first time it is called. Whether you notice the appearance of this consciousness or not in the beginning is ok. This is a relationship that needs to be cultivated and earned with Trust and Commitment like working with a scared child that has never been seen or heard.
Thank this consciousness for coming forward and for being so Brave. Acknowledge that you are learning and would like to create a relationship with this consciousness. Then ask the consciousness of this dis-ease what it is feeling. Wait and see if you get a message, vision, knowing, etc. We all get our messages differently. Again, if you get nothing, that is ok too. Just let the consciousness know that you love it and are here when it’s ready.
Then ask this consciousness what it needs from you? This will almost always identify the action step(s) you to take next to alleviate the dis-ease. If the request you get isn’t possible or practical, you can negotiate. Yet, remember this is a tender consciousness that may never have been heard before. Yet, it very much wants your attention. You want to be very clear with the request so you can truly give this disease what it needs. Example: if this dis-ease tells you it wants to play, then get clear what play looks like. If the consciousness doesn’t give you what clarity around what play looks like, then you may have to create some options and run them by the dis-ease consciousness to see if they will work. Example: Play might look like going on a picnic. This is important, trust what message you get! The request so may not make sense, yet that is what is needed to support the healing. This is the time to earn Trust.
If applicable, ask the consciousness of the dis-ease if their request is between just the two of you or if can be shared. Example: You may need to go on the picnic with just you and the consciousness of the dis-ease or it might be okay if you bring a like-minded friend.
Then set an appointment when you will complete the request and ask the consciousness if this will work. Thank the consciousness again, for coming forward and for sharing what it feels and needs.
When you are actually completing the request of the consciousness of the dis-ease, talk to the consciousness and connect like you are doing the activity together. Afterwards, thank the consciousness for being a part of your life and for letting you know what it needed.
Afterwards, see if your dis-ease feels different. Maybe something else is still needed? Maybe there is another consciousness that wants to come forward? This is your inner journey, your freedom. I invite you to thank, bless and release all that is no longer for your highest good. Then thank those of the light and highest light for this gift of love.
